Please accept our invitation to you to join our well-planned morning meeting. We encourage you to make the most of your first visit. As a referral based group, we mean business! This is where you get qualified referrals – not just mere introductions but verified business prospects. Our regular networking meetings attended by around 30 members, follow an effective agenda that is structured to coordinate favourable transactions for credible businesses.
We are not like any other networking group because we make sure that you’ll be in good hands the moment you arrive to the meeting place. Our Visitor Hosts will guide you through the quick registration process. You will then be introduced to members from various industries related to yours. You will definitely enjoy the company.
The first 15 minutes of interactions will fly so quickly before the President formally opens the meeting. Visitors will be welcomed and leaders will be presented. There will be some educational segment discussions for business-building.
Each member will be asked to share some information about their business during what we call the Sales Manager Minute. Visitors are also included in this part. You too could have the chance to share something about your business. The sharing of information is concluded by a 10-minute business presentation by an assigned member – after which committee reports will be announced. The most awaited part called “I Have” where referrals and testimonials are exchanged by members will take place before wrapping up the meeting.
It is indeed 90 minutes of your time invested wisely!
Some extra time would be a bonus – you must have made a good impression if you end up staying longer with your newly-found business associates after the meeting! We take pride in that. Your success with your affiliation with us is also our achievement.

We begin with open networking followed by a structured meeting, that concludes at 11:30 am.

Don’t leave without taking our members’ business cards. Make sure that you can be reached when opportunities arise. Bring enough of your business cards to give out to at least 35 people. Leave a brochure or any promotional material with the Visitor Host to maximize your exposure.
Even experienced public speakers can lose their focus when they are overwhelmed with great opportunities – that are right in front of them. We suggest that you write a short reference about your business so that you won’t regret not saying something important during your Sales Manager Minute.

You’ll observe some systematic approaches that we apply to our gatherings that could surprise you. It helps to be open-minded to these ways to understand better why our strategies are working. You will surely benefit from them when you become one of us!
Our membership is voluntary and you are under no obligation to join us on your first visit. You are very much welcome to visit us for a second time to make sure we are a good fit for one another. We would like to point out however that our membership is not for everybody. We only allow one company member for each business category. The sooner you apply – the better chances you have to occupy the allocated slot. If your field is already taken, you will be referred to other chapters.
If interested, our Leadership Team will spend at least 10 minutes with you after the meeting to cater solely to your inquiries about BNI. The joining procedure will also be explained.
